Reservations
Check-in scheduled from 14:00 to 00:00.
Check-out by 09:30 am.
Late check-out until 17:00 hours (full day is charged).
Free cancellation within 30 days of arrival date.
In case of cancellation beyond this limit, the deposit will be converted to a discount voucher to be used by the end of the following year
Deposit retained in case of no-show without notice.
Pets
- Required Documents: Upon arrival, you must present your pet's health record, certifying its health and current vaccinations.
- Guarantee: A credit card pre-authorization may be required as a guarantee for any damage caused by the pet to the property or its appurtenances.
- Damage: The owner is responsible for all damage to property and personal injury caused by their pet.
- Cleanliness: The owner is responsible for the hygiene of their pet and the cleanliness of the room. If the pet soils, the management reserves the right to request a refund for additional cleaning costs.
- Behavior: It is forbidden to leave pets alone in the room. Noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Access to Common Areas: Pets are allowed in common areas but must always be kept on a leash or in a carrier.
Services
SERVICES INCLUDED: Linens are available free of charge during low season. When booking on our website, they will be indicated as free in the price. Linens are changed weekly - Water, electricity, and gas consumption - Wi-Fi zones - Final cleaning - Use of shared laundry room - Private parking - Promotional code for ferry discounts. Air conditioning in all apartments. Rooms are heated during low season.
SERVICES EXCLUDED: During mid- and high season, linens are available upon request at a cost of €10.00 per person for sheets and €10.00 per person for towels, with a weekly change. This can be added as an extra when booking on our website. Additional changes can be requested during your stay for a fee.
